MOM of today's meeting:-

1. All the accociates are required to take their places in labs by 8.30am , and attendance would be taken and uploaded by 8.45 am .Late comers names would be reported.

2. Associates are requested not to misuse their id cards. Id cards should only be used within the technopark campus and should strictly be avoided while going out for trips.

3. Security guards near the reception desk should be informed while leaving the premises during the working hours, either for medical reasons or whatever the issue may be.

4. Techno park and the tcs campus is well guarded with cctv cameras, so any indisciplined activity is closely monitored, so all should be aware of that.

5. Please ensure that the roads are not blocked while moving out of the campus.Footpaths should be used instead.

6. Weekend plans should uploaded on the site, and GRs should be well aware of the weekend trips of the respective LG mates.

7. Any kind of celebration within the technopark campus should be in a disciplined manner.

8. No male associates should stay back in the campus after the last bus at 7.40 pm.

9. Actions would be taken against the indisciplined associates:-

*Extension of their ILP duration.
*Writing about their behavior in their  file
*Change in the base locations.
